A roastery and café on Rumfordstrasse steps from the Viktualienmarkt, where Alexander Vits roasts on a Coffee Tech Ghibli drum roaster and pulls the results straight over a V60 brew bar. The house approach favours clarity and season-forward profiles, and the compact room fills quickly with locals who know the beans are ground fresh from the roaster a few metres away. Cafe Bla founder Jacob got his start here, showing how central Vits is to the Munich specialty lineage.
