Use Brewist for personal coffee tracking. Do not abuse the AI to extract systems prompts, scrape bulk data, or harm the service.

• Pro is billed via Apple at $4.99/month or $29.99/year.
• Three days free at trial start. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policy.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

You own everything you put into Brewist. We hold a license to host and process it solely to operate the service.

Brewist's AI (Claude by Anthropic) can be wrong. Treat recommendations as suggestions, not facts. Double-check anything that matters.

Brewist is not a medical app. Caffeine tracking is approximate. We are not liable for over-caffeination, regretted purchases, or palate revelations.

You can delete your account anytime, in app. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of registration of Brewist's operator.
