Gelato master Marco Radicioni opened this Monteverde Vecchio location in June 2023, adding a full specialty coffee program to his celebrated recipe of single-origin gelato scoops. Beans, overseen by Gianni Olimpio, come from His Majesty the Coffee and other brianzola roasters, served exclusively as double espresso or via Moccamaster batch brew, V60, AeroPress and French press. The queue is shorter here than at the Trastevere original, which makes it the insider morning choice.
