A tiny kiosk at Piazzale degli Eroi in the Prati residential grid, Fischio runs one of Rome's most thoughtful outdoor coffee programs from a deceptively simple setup. Most beans come from Aliena, though guest European roasters appear on rotation, and the three-cheese grilled sandwich has developed a cult following among locals who come back for their morning V60. By evening it transitions to natural wine and canned cocktails.
