Opened in 2015 by Dan Urieli and Assaf Bitton at Dizengoff Square, Nahat operates a two-kilogram Solar Shop roaster set right beside the bar, so guests can watch the roasting cycle while ordering. Beans are sourced from top-tier farms and roasted in small portions to maintain peak freshness. In-house bakers produce croissants, cakes, and salads daily, and the cafe's unpretentious warmth has made it a regular anchor for the neighborhood.
