Dollop's Lincoln Park outpost opened in summer 2025 inside the historic Belden Stratford building on W Belden Avenue, bringing the Chicago roaster's housemade baked goods and locally sourced pastries to one of the city's most classic residential neighborhoods. The dark, moody art deco interior has drawn praise from regulars who describe it as a beautiful addition to Lincoln Park. Dollop has been roasting beans and baking bread since 2005, making it one of Chicago's most established specialty coffee operations.
