Set inside the magnificent 17th-century Grand Hotel-Dieu hospital converted into a luxury quarter, this Mokxa counter brings specialty coffee into one of Lyon's most architecturally striking interiors. The high vaulted arcades and the hushed stone courtyard make it difficult not to linger. Beans are roasted at Mokxa's facility and served as espresso or slow-pour extractions by trained baristas.
