Yvonne Spresny and Morgan von Mantripp launched this micro-roastery in Bonfim in January 2024, making it one of Porto's newest roasting outfits. They source seasonal, traceable lots and use a CAFEC Flower Dripper for pour-overs, offering a tight menu designed around clarity of flavour. Vegan pastries such as banana bread and matcha brownies accompany the coffee.
