Ukiyo at Isaac Newton 74 takes its design cues from Japan, with light wood counters and a backlit shoji-inspired wall framing a tight specialty menu built around coffee grown in Chiapas by the founder's father Alvaro Carrasco, who has farmed the region since 2019. Daily Coffee News included Ukiyo in its 2024 list of must-visit new Mexico City openings. Cacao santo and mushroom latte sit alongside traditional espresso drinks.
