Timbertrain's Depot roastery at 551 McLean Drive in Grandview-Woodland is where the beans are roasted before making their way to the flagship Gastown cafe. The space has a working-roastery feel with the production equipment visible, and the coffee is served with the same care as at the Cordova Street location. A worthy destination for anyone who wants to see where the coffee actually comes from.
