The Little Pickle at Jens Bjelkes gate 9a is a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant and bakery on the Grünerløkka-Tøyen border that added in-house roasting in late 2024 under the name Hibi Kaffe. Japanese roaster Ayae Maki Fredheim focuses on South American origins roasted Nordic-light, with the same beans also supplying Maaemo, Oslo's three-Michelin-star restaurant. A Japanese-Scandinavian bakery opened in January 2025 with sourdough, pastries, and light bites that pair beautifully with the house espresso.
