Texas Coffee Traders has been sourcing and roasting coffee in Austin since 1994, giving it one of the longest track records of any specialty roaster in the region. The retail cafe on East 7th Street, which opened after the original 30-year roastery on East 4th closed in 2024, serves the full range of house-roasted coffees in a welcoming neighborhood space. The shop maintains its commitment to sustainability and direct-trade sourcing that has defined the business for decades.
