Italian-born Lorenzo started Tallat on three wheels in Cabanyal's beachside streets in 2019 before settling into a permanent space on Carrer de la Barraca. He roasts in small batches on two Aillio Bullet machines, dialing in precision that few cafes in Spain can match. The minimalist interior sits a few streets back from the sea, drawing a loyal neighborhood crowd. Filter offerings rotate with single-origin lots sourced directly.
