A corner bakery-café near Zinkensdamm where beans from Helsingborg legend Koppi Roasters anchor an honest espresso program, and legendary cinnamon buns and cardamom-laced pastries draw weekend queues. The project grew from a family farm dairy in Västerbotten, and that northern Swedish seriousness about ingredients runs through every item on the counter. Both the coffee and the bread reward those willing to seek it out on western Södermalm.
