Opened in May 2023 in a restored 100-year-old Kyomachiya on Shomen Street opposite Toyokuni Shrine, SOT Coffee Kyoto Shichijo is a 10-seat stand and bean shop where visitors can see original clay walls, exposed timber, and a raised tatami seating nook in the back. The menu leads with rare processing methods and world-class single-origins alongside exclusive items such as a Uji matcha Basque cheesecake.
