Pouring beans from Lamastus Family Estates
Opened in 2022 at the corner of Avenida B and Calle 9, Sisu is the retail showroom of Lamastus Family Estates, producers of the globally award-winning Elida Estate Geisha. The minimalist interior is designed for slow-bar service, with guided tastings that walk guests through varietals from the family''s Boquete farms at over 1,800 metres elevation. It is the most direct place in Panama City to drink a cup of coffee from the world''s most expensive auction lots.
