Rum Baba began as Coffee Bru roughly fifteen years ago before growing into a full-service micro-roastery and bakery that now has two Amsterdam addresses and a loyal following built on craft. Every Wednesday the team runs free walk-in workshops covering cupping, V60 brewing, and Aeropress technique, making coffee education genuinely accessible. The Pretoriusstraat cafe in Oost is the original home, with a second site on the Elandsgracht serving the canal belt.
