Former architectural project manager Jordan Biermann opened this deliberately rough-edged fifteen-seat cafe on Passage du Jeu de Boules, where exposed stone, original artwork on patched walls, and a green storefront set the tone. Beans come from Lyon roaster Mokxa, served as rich espresso-based drinks alongside specialty matcha including the yuzu strawberry iced matcha. Featured on European Coffee Trip as a genuinely distinctive new voice in the 11th.
