Prodigy is a social enterprise cafe at 40th and Colorado Boulevard that runs a barista apprenticeship program for disconnected young adults in northeast Denver. The coffee quality stands on its own: espresso and filter drinks are made with care in a welcoming environment that also includes a patio and drive-through. It absorbed the downtown Purple Door Coffee program in 2025, extending its reach and community mission.
