Partners Coffee at 125 N 6th Street is the flagship cafe and roastery for the Williamsburg-born brand formerly known as Toby's Estate. The spacious courtyard and exposed-brick interior attract a mix of remote workers and weekend coffee tourists who come for the carefully sourced house espresso and seasonal filter offerings. Partners operates a brew school on site, running public classes that cover everything from dial-in fundamentals to advanced cupping.
