Opened in late 2025 on Veikou 110 in Koukaki, Omsom is simultaneously a specialty roastery, artisanal wood-fired bakery, and all-day cafe with evening natural wine and pizza. Head roaster Nikos Bellis runs a Greek-made Coffeetool machine and stocks six to seven single-origin varieties alongside the house Daily Blend. The open pour-over counter and generously baked cinnamon rolls have already made it a neighbourhood anchor in one of Athens' most dynamic districts.
