Sean McManus, former head barista at Single O and Artificer, opened Sydney's smallest specialty coffee bar at 16b Buckingham Street with nothing more than a beautiful timber counter, two baristas and a small daily pastry rotation. Beans come from Artificer, milk from a local farm 90 kilometres away, and the espresso reportedly lands with a lemon-drop brightness few bars in the city match. Pure minimalism in service of a perfect shot.
