Founded by Greg and Christine Mindel in 2012, Neighbor Bakehouse has been the bread and pastry backbone of Dogpatch for over a decade. The specialty coffee program runs alongside a full bakery producing sourdoughs, kouign-amanns, and morning pastries that regularly draw lines out the door. The Infatuation calls it one of the best bakeries in the city, and the coffee keeps pace.
