Mojo Coffee House established itself in 2006 as one of New Orleans' first pour-over specialists, opening its flagship at 1500 Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District just after Hurricane Katrina reshaped the city. In collaboration with roastmaster Matt Cronin, the shop developed Mojo Coffee Roasters as a small-batch in-house operation, giving the cafes direct control over sourcing and roast profiles. Three locations now serve the Magazine Street corridor, each maintaining the courtyard seating and unpretentious neighborhood vibe that built the brand's reputation. A 20-year run in a city that does not reward mediocrity speaks for itself.
