Merit Coffee's Mueller location opened in February 2026 as the roaster's first cafe east of Interstate 35 in Austin, anchoring the specialty coffee scene in this planned urban neighborhood. The Aldrich Street address serves the Mueller community with the same house-roasted program found at other Merit locations. The light-filled modern space is well-suited to the walkable, family-oriented character of the neighborhood.
