Founded by Chiara Bergonzi, Lot Zero is the roastery arm of Milan's Sevengrams group and operates a public tasting space at Ripa di Porta Ticinese 43 on the Naviglio Grande. The 6 kg Giesen roaster occupies the same room as the espresso bar, giving customers a direct view of the small-batch process. Single origins are sourced with close attention to traceability, and the all-female founding team makes it notable beyond the excellent cup quality alone.
