An Austrian-Panamanian collaboration at The Corner Plaza in San Francisco, Krume Bäcker is Panama''s first organically certified bakery and pairs its sourdough programme with a specialty Panamanian coffee bar that regularly features Geisha lots. The minimalist interior with exposed wood and clean white surfaces has made it highly photographed, and the bread and coffee combination is considered by many regulars to be the best in the city. A second location operates in Costa del Este on Avenida Costa del Mar.
