Honolulu Coffee opened its Bakery on King location in the former Kokua Market space in July 2025, anchoring it with a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef producing croissants and seasonal sweets alongside the company's signature 100 percent Kona beverages. This Mo'ili'ili flagship replaced the beloved but closed Experience Center and brings the farm-to-cup Kona coffee story to a neighborhood-facing format. The spacious ground-floor location near the University of Hawaii at Manoa draws students and locals in equal measure.
