All coffee is roasted on premises in small batches, ensuring freshness, and the Rebelde blend using Caturra and Bourbon from Huila farms has become a city-wide reference point. The ground-floor cafe and the adjacent Nomada branch together anchor Manila as its own specialty-coffee micro-cluster.
