Founded by entrepreneur Bethlehem Tilahun Alemu, Garden of Coffee operates from the ground floor of the JFK Building on Alexander Pushkin Street in Sarbet, where guests can watch single-origin Ethiopian beans being hand-roasted on the premises. The menu centres on filter brewing, with Chemex, V60, and French press preparations showcasing distinct regional profiles from Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Harar. The retail shelf lets visitors take home freshly roasted versions of whatever they drink in the cup. A second location in Kazanchis'' Bloom Tower serves the city centre crowd.
