Garcia and Marquez roasts exclusively Colombian varieties, sourcing from small lots and controlling the supply chain from farm to bar. Located at Campo dos Martires da Patria, the roastery kitchen serves all-day food and runs dinner nights on Thursdays through Saturdays, making it one of the few Porto specialty venues with an evening food programme. All pastries are made in-house, and the house espresso is built around Colombian single-origin beans roasted once or twice a week.
