Established in 2016, Galani Coffee is set inside a sun-filled industrial compound off Jacros-Salite Mehret Road in the Gerji area of Bole, where the same facility handles coffee grading and export. The warehouse aesthetic, rotating upstairs art exhibition, and handmade ice cream from Ethiopian farm produce set it apart from conventional specialty shops. Galani earned recognition among the world''s 100 best cafes in 2025 and serves cascara tea made from dried coffee cherries alongside its espresso and pour-over bar. The single-origin filter selection traces distinct terroirs across Ethiopia''s major growing regions.
