Founded by Lok Chan, the 2017 World Cup Tasters Champion, Craft Coffee Roaster at Shop B1, EIB Tower, 4-6 Morrison Hill Road focuses on seed-to-cup transparency, with the team making annual farm visits to better document each origin. Single-origin beans are the only offering across espresso and filter menus, and every batch is roasted in the Wan Chai space. A second branch in Tai Kok Tsui serves the western Kowloon specialty coffee community.
