Opened in 2024 beside Zurich's beloved Bäckeranlage park in Kreis 4, Commercial carries a rotating roster of local roasters including MAME, Balloon, and Rose Coffee Roasters in a minimal Japanese-omakase-inspired space. The barista team placed second at the 2024 Swiss Barista Championship, and the award shelf reflects a genuinely competitive coffee culture. A second branch inside the Cadillac showroom on Bahnhofstrasse followed later the same year.
