The first specialty coffee bar to open in the Sant'Ambrogio quarter, Coffee Mantra on Via della Mattonaia blends classic Italian bar aesthetics with third-wave technique. All espresso and filter coffee is sourced from Gearbox Coffee Roasters, a Florentine roastery based in Borgo San Lorenzo. The compact interior fills quickly on market days when the nearby Mercato Sant'Ambrogio draws the neighbourhood in.
