Casino Mocca, founded in 2013 on Hunyadi János út in District XI, is Hungary's most influential specialty roastery and the common thread running through Budapest's entire third-wave scene. Szabolcs Temesvári and his partners built the operation from a small roasting workshop into a nationally recognised producer of single-origin coffees with a Europe-wide reputation. Visiting the roastery café offers the rare experience of tasting coffee at the precise source from which half the city's best bars pour.
