Founded in 2019 at Winsstraße 47 in the Winsviertel quarter, Cafelix roasts all its single-origin lots on a restored 1950s German machine, drawing direct connections to farmers in Africa and Latin America through a rigorous direct-sourcing programme. The La Marzocco Leva espresso machine and a deliberate, unhurried pace attract an audience that takes coffee as seriously as the founders do. Gluten-free pastries and a relaxed open-roastery layout complete the picture.
