The 500 Rue Beaubien Est location was where the Pista story began in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, before the roasting operation and additional locations expanded the brand's presence across the city. The original cafe retains a neighbourhood intimacy that the newer locations aspire to, with the same house-roasted single-origin beans served in a space that feels genuinely embedded in its community.
