Founded by Aleaume Paturle in 2010 on rue Marcadet near the Montmartre rooftops, Cafe Lomi is one of the city's oldest third-wave roasteries and remains one of the best. The airy warehouse-style space doubles as a roasting facility and all-day cafe, with single-origin beans prepared in a rotating array of espresso and filter methods. Lomi supplies many of Paris's finest tables, making a visit to the source all the more worthwhile.
