Boicot at Jalapa 99 has been Roma Norte's cold brew specialist since 2016, using an 18-hour slow-drip extraction that produces a beverage with 75 percent less acidity than conventional coffee. Nitro cold brew, cold brew horchata, and original recipes round out the menu alongside chilaquiles, waffles and fresh-baked boulangerie. The retro interior with vintage sofas and a Pac-Man arcade cabinet sets the tone.
