The Khong Guan Building flagship houses Alchemist's in-house roastery at the rear and an island open-concept bar at the front, giving visitors rare visibility into the full production process. House-roasted espresso and a curated selection of guest single-origins feature alongside a compact food menu in an industrial space softened by natural light. A longer detour than the CBD counter, but well worth the trip.
