Named after the 1-to-15 coffee-to-water ratio that defines a well-balanced filter brew, One Fifteenth opened its Gandaria flagship in 2012 and helped define the Scandinavian-minimalist aesthetic now common across Jakarta's cafe scene. The menu centers on single-origin espresso and pour-over flights, with tasting options that let guests compare two or three origins side by side. Founder Nathalia Gunawan and her team have trained multiple Indonesian Barista Championship competitors from this location.
